Masks?

For the past months we’ve been told that wearing a face mask will “protect” us from the virus. But the facts are 180 degrees from that.

Firstly, wearing a face mask to protect ourselves from the virus is like using a chain-link fence to keep out mosquitoes! The virus is WAY smaller then the pores of a mask.

Then there is the issue of how the mask is restricting our flow of oxygen! Our own CO2 that we produce displaces the oxygen and causes the levels to be lower than OSHA states as “dangerous levels”. This has been seen in doctors and surgeons! Please watch this video:

Masks are working against the goal of protection! So, the masks are NOT effective and they are working AGAINST our health!

The best “mask” to wear is just having a fully functional immune system!

We recommend that our clients NOT wear masks, they give a false sense of protection.

Iodine

Most people are not aware of the importance of iodine to their health, and up to a few years ago that included myself.¬† All I remember is that when I was a kid my mom used iodine on me when I had a cut or scrape, and it BURNED! ūüôā

Now that I am a practitioner, I know the health effects and importance of using iodine as part of my daily food consumption and supplementation.

I learned much from listening to and reading ¬†Dr. David Brownstein he’s an obvious expert in the field of iodine and health.¬† We can’t live without it, and it’s used by every cell of our bodies!

There are other halides such as fluoride and bromide that  have no nutritional value and are common in many of our diets, that actually block the iodine receptors in our bodies!  Fluoride is in the water, and bromine is used in flour for bread.  Try to purchase unbromated flour and/or unbromated bread. So the general population is iodine deficient, due to the lack in our food.

Common symptoms of iodine deficiency include:

  • Swelling of the front of the neck (goiter)
  • Unexpected weight gain.
  • Fatigue and weakness.
  • Hair loss.
  • Dry flaky skin.
  • Feeling colder than usual.
  • Changes in heart rate.
  • Trouble learning and remembering.
  • Problems during pregnancy.
  • Heavy or irregular period.

The supplement that we use is Nascent Iodine which is the best form of iodine to supplement with.

Coffee!

I’ve been around a pretty long time (over 70) and drank coffee on and off during that time.¬† I was confused by what info was being presented to me, (coffee is bad for your health – coffee is good for your health) so my attitude has shifted back and forth.

A few years ago I decided to buy organic green coffee beans and roasted them my self, and I drank one 16oz. travel coffee mug each morning.¬† This worked well, I didn’t experience any negative effects (trouble sleeping, anxiety or any of the other known things from caffeine).

Now, over the past few years, I have learned that there are many positive health effects of drinking the stuff!  The reported negative effects are more due to overconsumption, and/or the low quality of the beans used.  My family is almost entirely chooses organic food which helps TREMENDOUSLY! 

Consuming this beverage has positive health benefits such as lowering many issues with the liver such as cancer, cirrhosis etc.  Coffee intake was associated with reduced risk of oral, pharynx, liver, colon, prostate, endometrial cancer and melanoma, but increased lung cancer risk.

So, in light of this info, drink coffee but do not over consume, and make sure it’s organic!

Health Benefits – Fulvic Acid

Fulvic Acid is found in the soil, and is present in organic crops.  Consuming Fulvic Acid is very safe, as it is a natural substance.

Neck Problem Solved!?

Well, I’ve had neck problems just about all my life, and have tried various things.¬† But I recently came across a new device that seems like it has great potential!

It’s called the neck hammock.¬† Actually the “neck hammock” is a particular brand, But I got a knock off, and the only difference I can see is the lack of the name stamped on it.

Basically, it provides traction on the neck to help stretch the neck muscles and vertebrae.  You can hook it up in various ways, to a door knob, door jam, or a railing.

I must say it is VERY comfortable and relaxing to use!¬† They say using it more than 15 minutes can give you a sore neck, but it’s hard to leave it, and the tendency (for me) is to drift off into sleep.

Anyway, I just got it 2 days ago so we will use it for a while and re-evaluate it in the future!
