We arguably live in a time where more people suffer from chronic ill health than ever before in history!
Most of the diseases of yesteryear were caused by “contaminated” food and water and were solved by simple hygiene practices. Basically we were ingesting things that were foreign/toxic to the body and this created the diseased conditions. Basically these toxic substances caused inflammation and weakening of our immune system, leaving us susceptible to the disease process.
Nowadays there are many other things that are toxic to the body that we must deal with! Our food is processed into something that looks like food, tastes good to most people, and has a long shelf life! But has very little nutrition content! Our water has been poisoned with toxic additives such as chlorine and fluoride. Our bodies have become toxic cesspools from our overuse of pharmaceuticals, street drugs, alcohol, and vaccinations! And the large portion of the population doesn’t understand the reasons for their illness. And they don’t really care! They are only interested in taking that pill to fix whatever their pains are, both physical and emotional! And to top it off, the whole process is being maintained by an industry hell bent on making a buck at any cost!
Which chronic diseases and conditions am I talking about? It’s a long list!

As you can see, almost everybody suffers from one or more of these! Although they all have different names (man made) and present with different symptoms, the common thread is inflammation, not like a sprained ankle inflammation, but cellular inflammation! We have the above poster on the wall of our office, and it is the main focus of our practice! One of our mentors is Dr. Dan Pompa, and the poster was developed by his organization.
We have an innate intelligence that is always moving our body towards homeostasis. That is the body’s attempt to keep all things in the right balance. It keeps the temperature at 98.6F unless there are pathogens, then it raises the temperature as a means of defense. If our environment gets too warm, we sweat to cool our body. And it goes much deeper than keeping cool! Homeostasis must be maintained in order for us to be healthy,
Very simply put, if you eat the right foods (good fats, organic, no sugars), take the right supplementation (your health practitioner should be able to guide you here), you eliminate (or at least minimize) the level of toxins your body is exposed to, and you eliminate (or minimize) you levels of stress – physical, emotional (including bad relationships), and chemical (your body does not differentiate one from another – they are ALL stress!) then your body will have an easier time reaching homeostasis, and your health will improve! And your health is your most valuable asset!
This is the solution to the current disease patterns in our country. And for most if not all the chronic diseases, no toxic drugs are necessary!
